• Review and analysis of all aspects of financial operations (A/R, A/P, payroll, inventory, revenues and expenses).
• Implementation of more efficient and effective processes by both setting up new departments and improving existing ones (cost control, accounts payable, revenue assurance, billing and collections) resulting in records for Corporate DSO, cost savings and working capital improvements.
• Extensive experience with large global enterprises with subsidiaries all over the world (Canadian and U.S. GAAP as well as international laws and regulations re: financial operations).
• Extensive experience in corporate restructuring and crisis management (meetings with senior management, investment bankers, potential buyers and court monitors)
